I’m a 75 year old male who absolutely hates shopping for a new vehicle because of the hassle. I was in the market for a new Suburban or Yukon and saw on the internet that Win Kelly had several vehicles that would meet my needs at good prices. Upon going there, my wife and I were immediately greeted and assigned to Will Rich, a Sales Associate. After several hours of discussion and test driving vehicles, we finally chose a Yukon XL. Will was absolutely the best sales person we’ve ever had - anywhere. He took his time, was very patient with us, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. After negotiating a trade-in with Will and Deniz Ulusoy the Customer Care Sales Manager, we were on our way to deal with the paperwork where the finance person even negotiated a finance charge lower than any we had been able to find. That was after Deniz brewed me some Turkish coffee, a specialty enjoyed by the staff and clients alike.
Several months later, when we returned, wondering if an error had been made on our sales agreement, Deniz and Will both greeted us with open arms – literally – and hugs. She explained everything to our satisfaction and assured us if there had been an error she would have corrected it.
