Eric walked me through the entire purchasing process, worked with me towards a deal I'm very pleased with, followed through on every one of his promises, kept me informed of progress daily while I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive and helped me get everything set up once it did.
My sales experience at the dealership was one of the best I have ever had. I have bought 3 cars from Toyota, this is my first purchase from Antwerpen. The salesman (Alex) that worked with me was VERY knowledgeable and very detail oriented. After he helped us pick out the right car for us we worked with the finance department. Working with Regina (finace manager) was one of the easiest experience I’ve had. She was VERY transparent with pricing and all the costs.
Should mention as well, that I walked in an hour before closing - and Ed and Eric both hung around two hours after working with me to find an overly specific vehicle on a short timeline. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Antwerpen Toyota. Ask for Ed or Eric, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first visit to Antwerpen Toyota but was one of my best car buying experiences. I was looking for a car for my parents. They liked a car. While we were at the dealership, I got an offer for a very similar car from another dealer and my sales rep (Ola) who was wonderful and knowledgable, matched their price and we closed the deal right there. In and out including negotiation and all paper work less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend this dealership and my sales rep, Ola.
Fantastic dealership, and the best vehicle buying experience I've had to date. Ed Gordon was one of the few sales managers in Maryland who was willing to work with me over the phone - and of sales folks in over a dozen dealerships the only one who managed to find the vehicle I wanted. 10/10 inventory management there, I think he found the thing in New York or something - and managed to get it to me 2 days later.
I just purchased a RV4 from this location. I flew from WI to MD to pick it up. The process was fluid from the beginning until the end thanks to Delaunte Kitchens. This guy is very reliable, well-mannered and trustworthy. The financial department agent (Angel) has a very unique admirable personality that will make you stay around the building comfortably and enjoy the popcorn and coffee.
