The staff are horrible. There is an old lady, I forget her name...Mary? Anyways she normally works the graveyard shift. I didn't know that it was time to close so as I was trying to enter she kept shoving the door into my face rudely. Her words exactly, "Get out of here, we're closed. Go away". She then kept trying to shove the door closed into my face. I honestly would have just left like a civilized person but no, she kept talking to me rudely while once again, shoving the door in my face. Then when I tried to tell a manager, another old man put his hands on me and put me out. SOLELY because I wasn't happy with how I was treated. Terrible service at the Clarksville, MD location.
Ordered tamiflu. They said they had it and would need an hour. Came back and said they needed another hour. Right when they were closing they said they actually don't have it and would get it to me in two days. I'm not even a pharmacist. But I know this drug is useless outside 48 hours of getting the flu.
The deli department are the rudest most miserable people. They will cheat you out of lunchmeat but pushing the scales down when they print out the bag tag. I ordered a half lb of ham and got 1 sandwich out of it.
Seems like poor inventory management and a bit of apathy.
I like this store. I think the staff are professional and prompt. I even get reminders to pick up my medication when the are ready.
