Roots has some of the best customer service people it has ever been my pleasure to find in the world of retail. Heather at the Clarksville location went way above and beyond to suggest a great vegan yogurt product for my Wife. When the store ran out she was extremely helpful in getting it special ordered for me and keeping me posted as to the orders arrival. Employees like Heather are the reason I love Roots !! Great job !! 100% Satisfied !!
Amazing great place for vegan or vegetarian or somewhere in between. Also have vegan snacks, a lot of dried unsweetened fruit and a hot bar full of vegetarian options. Also have vegan cupcakes and cakes. Literally I go here every week. Customer service is amazing!!!

Excellent vegan food bar and cold options! Like a Whole Foods meets a food co-op. Good selection of high quality foods but very quaint. People with dairy, gluten, or egg allergies and vegans and vegetarians alike will love this place. If you like quality real food this is a great store to visit if you're around.
I am disappointed in the employees, I was Not greeted by one employee. The store was very nice and clean. There was a lot of cold prepared food choices, and the soups were delicious.
