My mother's ashes arrived in the end of August. On Labor Day weekend I went to the office and asked why the 2017 plate was not on the headstone. I was told it was on order and should be in the following week. I went back again the end of October. No plate. I was told they forgot to order it and it should be in soon. I went back right before Christmas and guess what? No plate. No apology. They claim there's no supervisor on the premises. They gave me the name and phone number of some man they claim was the supervisor. I left two messages for him. No response. Unbelievable? My mother paid for everything almost 20 years ago and this is the way they treat her family now.
Once they get your ridiculous amount of money - they don't even cut the grass for a presentable place to lay your deceased honorable Father & host family from all over the country, & you do all the work to figure out who to contact, & to determine the status of a marker for your father that passed away 6 months ago - all out of your control of course. Oh and did I mention that you also have to call if the neighboring Uncle's marker was not updated to state the year of death - which was 2001 ?!! This is 2017!!!
