Took my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 HD in for Damage from hitting 2 Deer , Russ COHN was my Contact Person. this was an Insurance Claim , But This shop was Highly recommended by several people, which was why I went here. From the start it was a very professional experience for. me. Fairly new truck So I was upset & concerned that it would end up correct. Add to that the fact that I plow snow & cannot be with out this vehicle for long in the winter months. Russ dealt with the insurance, worked with my schedule & the vehicle was done on time ! This Truck was cleaner when I got it back then when I took it, & I keep it CLEAN . The Paint & body work cant be found, Like it Never Happened, Thank You Russ, Thank you to the Technicians ! I'm from Jersey and was visiting my friend who lives in the area. My vehicle was getting serviced at another location and was hit in their parking lot. Not being form the area, the proprietor highly suggested that I have the vehicle towed and repaired at this body shop. I have to say I was extremely pleased w the way they answered the phone and my questions and how they followed up with the Insurance company after more damage was found once the vehicle had been dis assembled. It made my experience less painful and stressful as I had to travel 225 miles each way in a rented car. It took over 3 weeks to get the car back up but all worth the wait because it was done right the 1st time. Being in the service business myself for over 30yrs I know how important it is for their reputation. Thank You Guys for the Great Job! 5 STAR TREATMENT!!!
Everyone was helpful when I came in for an estimate. Their knolageable ajusters advised me to contact my insurance company instead of paying thousands out of pocket for an uninsured motorist claim.
I had a good experience here. My back windshield got smashed, so I had it towed to their parking lot. They had it fixed in a couple of days with no hassle. Would go back to them in the future.
I have used them many times and their work is excellent and they stand behind the results. In the rare case of something that needed to be corrected, they did it with no argument. They are a preferred USAA body shop.
