This bank has horrible customer service. Its another bank who believes you work for them. It used to be a $10 fee for cashing a check if you don't have an account but now it's a 2% fee. They have always been the most frustrating bank including letting my ex clear out an account of mine and closed it even though I was an account holder.
me whatsoever, I stood there for a few minutes. There was only one other customer in the entire bank and they were in one of the private offices. The teller could not have been more rude and never even tried to greet me . This bank does not even want your money they could not make it any more clear. I would never consider banking at this location when there are much better options to choose within the same shopping center. Why anyone would choose to do business with a disrespectful bank is beyond me
